Part of it lol. The initial call was because a sprinkler head broke in the trash chute. Then a few more sprinkler heads broke

Yea it was cold earlier this year. What happens is after the freeze up, when it thaws the ice chunks push against the sprinkler heads and damages them. Depending on if it's city pressure, or supplied by a fire pump determines how much water damage that broken sprinkler head will do. This one was supplied by a fire pump, so over 100 psi of water was shooting out of that head
