Definitely some scones. Then à tarte au citron. I find baking very relaxing. I’ll have to venture to the shop as I have no lemons.
Scones are always good. So is lemon tart. My problem is if I make them I then eat them hahhaa

Its quite cold dont seem to be holding the heat in. May need to eat some goose fat or something

I love a lemon meringue. Easy to make and tastes delicious. Ah now you’ve got me debating between tart or pie! Oh the dilemma.
Why not make both?
