so it’s normal to lose track
I used to notice who I was following more when I used the news feed, but I don't really do that anymore
My news feed is my way to log in on the site so I always see it 
I think I'd use it more if it didn't track reactions as well as posts

But most of the stuff I want to see is in here, which is hard to follow in the news feed
I just check out a few of the other threads independently, since it conveniently jumps you to the last unseen post
