I’ve been doing ok, just managing it better, and honestly it’s been getting a little better (apart from the last couple of days)
Still gets very swollen and stuff but I was off it for months so it hasn’t really healed
Hmm crazy long recovery time, they definitely missed something
Yeah I think so, I mean when it first happened it went undiagnosed for 4 months and even just a standard torn ligament can be like 6 months if treated properly (which it wasn’t obviously)
