I'm currently about to prep veggies for my black beans. Onion, pepper, garlic, sauteed, with sazon, sugar, salt, pepper. Cooked in water and reduced (approx 45-60 minutes).
The taco meat is traditional ground beef, cooked with Penzy's taco seasoning, and soft corn tortillas. I think I have some chedder hard shells
If the avacados are okay, I'll make guac.
