It is! Pretty settled into my classes, and Homecoming is this weekend
What happens for Homecoming?
Well it’s mostly for alumni, they have reunions and there’s a big picnic/concert thing for them. But there’s a lots of other things we can go to, like a parade and the football game where they usually do some kind of special thing
Plus they get old yearbooks and stuff out of the archives for the alumni to look at, and I have to help with that

Ok. Only time I hear of Homecoming is in movies when the teenagers all go to a dance haha
Same basic idea but it’s a lot of older people doing most of the dancing
Next year’s Homecoming I’ll be one of the “older people” lol
If I go
I think after just a year it’s too soon to go back and reminisce haha
But it’s a good excuse to get together

I guess some people do? I was at last year’s and I think some did, but not the whole class
At my high school graduation a lot of people threw theirs, but I didn’t want to lose mine lol
American movies are such liars then hahaha
I’m sure there are some schools where they do that!
