Umm...I'm not an expert but somethings I've heard are
It's important to try avoid triggers if possible and to occupy your self when you get cravings.
Exercise is a great one because it engages your mind and body
Easier said then done I know
Thank you I try to exerice maybe I should do it more idk maybe it's stress & pressure from work & my opperutnity is also messing with my head if smoking weed & drinking count as stuff like bad highs then when I think about I've been struggling with since I was like 14 but I need to keep it together for my daughter & make it to give her the life I never had so she never has to struggle with anything no matter the price I pay she's the one thing I did right in my life she saved my life
