As of late I keep having a craving for sweet and tart puffed pastry.
Lemon meringue pie. And some good old fashioned British trifle. Always make one at Christmas, don’t know why.
Actually made modified British style trifle (with one change.. it was plant-based) last to last Thanksgiving in 2023.
