Bring the water to a simmering boil.
(( when the bubbles form and mild steam ))
If you have vinegar on hand, pour some in a circular motion in the pan.
Have already cracked eggs ready in separate individual cup/bowl.
Gently slide them in the pan. Put the lid on... turn off the heat.
Walk away for 4- 6 minutes.
This will give you a runny to gel like yolk.
