Also a great example of why your posts remind me of a blog instead of a forum thread reply though, totally stands alone with no context or input needed from anyone else, just an honest stream of consciousness put on a page, your own words expressing your own thoughts and feelings about yourself.

Basically keeping a record of everything you do in a day - mostly for awake hours, but not limited to that and can be 24 hours keeping tabs.
