Grief and coping is different for each instance, no set standard.
It’s an odd feeling. It’s kind of a closure in some ways. But also means all those things I’ve always wanted to say to him will never be said
Don't people recommend to write a letter in these circumstances? And then burn it once it's been done? I think
You can still say those things, sure he may not be there to answer. Whenever after funeral after few weeks, visit the headstone. Or write it down on paper and read it out loud. *squeezing your fingers.
That’s not a bad idea. I have therapy tomorrow. No doubt it’ll be discussed
