I'm starting to get tired my bagels were amazing!
Kangaroo is a surprisingly cruelty free and eco friendly meat as far as butchering animals goes. They are overpopulated and native, so culling is necessary and they don't ruin the environment and water supply for other flora and fauna, and they're only culled with a high velocity bullet to the head, which is expensive enough compared to the margins on the meat that they lose money if they don't do it cleanly first shot.
