Yeah weird gimp Bane as Ivy's muscle, Uma Thurman as Poison Ivy, Robin puts on the fake lips so he can kiss her without being poisoned to death. Classic.
Sub zero is a character in Injustice 2 so you can beat up Batman as him

I think that series and the 90s movies are the two punchline Bane versions, Young Justice had a good Bane, and he was decently threatening in the Dark Knight Rises
True I did think Bane in the Dark Knight Rises was amazing & so well done like that's the Bane born in darkness! That is a good point & maybe it's just easy to write jokes about Bane lol like the way he talks alone lol

DC comics play pretty fast and loose with continuity even in the books, so it's pretty expected for animation and movies to handle characters totally differently from one writer to another I guess
