I tried that 1 semester waking up at 4 to go to gym. Take a mini nap at 6. Wake up at 7. Really didn't work out. After that gym was night time thing.

For one of my degrees we had a bootcamp exercise class every morning at 8am, the start time wasn't the worst, it was the 4th floor movement studio location and the thrill of trying to go down stares after a squat workout that really got us haha
