Yes i do but i tend to take advantage of the facilities at the health centre where i work and go to the gym or the climbing walls so i am probably not doing breaks correctly
I'm not 100% but I'm better than yesterday, caught up on what I missed from yesterday so far this morning and now racing to get a few big things across the line before half the team are on leave for Easter and ANZAC day holidays
