Which didn't happen on Easter... I celebrate passover.. when Christ died for our sins and became our passover lamb.
The narrative of Passover centers on the Israelites' enslavement in Egypt and their eventual liberation, led by Moses, who, guided by God, faced the Egyptian Pharaoh, demanding the freedom of his people. When the Pharaoh refused to release the Israelites, God sent a series of plagues upon Egypt, culminating in the death of every firstborn Egyptian, including Pharaoh's son. To protect their firstborn, the Israelites were instructed to sacrifice a lamb and smear its blood on their doorposts, so that the "angel of death" would "pass over" their homes, as described in Exodus 12.
So Christ was sacrificed and he shed his blood to wash away our sins and he because the passover lamb. Also took holy Communion as well.
