Getting hungry, so probably will have dinner soon, but generally I'm good!
Trying to fit a week and a half of work into 3 days has been kicking my arse a bit, but only during business hours thankfully haha
No set plan yet, either pasta, noodle stir fry, cottage pie, or a fourth thing that I'll only pivot to once I'm in the kitchen staring into the pantry
I know what cottage pie is, but everyone here may not, so if you want to explain it go ahead
Cottage pie is my yummy
It probably has multiple definitions anyway, the one I've got ready to bake is the more modern version, also sometimes called shepherds pie or potato pie.
Savoury meat and gravy filling (plant based in my case) in a pastry pie crust, with mashed potato instead of a pastry lid on top.
More traditional shepherds pie doesn't have the crust, leftover roast meat and vegetables in gravy with mashed potato on top, baked and cut into individual serves haha
