It dose I buy certain ones with scents I enjoy & it also just helps to have as a spiritual person
It’s great when you find something that works for you personally. Sea air is my cure all. Makes me feel amazing every time.
Swim in the ocean is the best way to clear your head if possible, but just breathing the sea air is great if the swim isn't feasible haha
My previous job our office was on the beach front, so Friday afternoon knock off was beach volleyball and a swim to get into the weekend frame of mind (and then pub for those who had the time to stick around for a drink
