Lately I’ve been waking up around 4:30 and not able to sleep for a few hours. Then drop back off just before the alarm. So wake up feeling blah. But starting to feel more awake now. In time to drive so that’s good. Haha

I’m normally a good sleeper and get about 7 hours. Would be ok if I could get up and do something but don’t want to wake others so usually just toss and turn.
