Unpopular opinion: I wasn't a huge fan of the first guardians and I think the second is considerably better.

I liked the first one, but agree that the second one is better
When I rewatched the first one after seeing Vol. 2, I remembered being a bit frustrated that they didn't already have their camaraderie yet. Like, let's get to the part where they're a messed up team!
