A complaint I have.
So long sleeves are a health hazard because they pick up germs, so when you're dealing with patients or residents you wear short sleeves or roll turn up.
But they make an except for the Muslim nurses because they are supposed to be covered for religious reasons.
Putting religion above good health practice is so dumb
