Hey, I just wanted to say that I've been having some tough thoughts lately. It’s hard to talk about, but things have been feeling really heavy, and my mind keeps going to some dark places. Places I've been to before.
I’m not always sure how to handle it, but I know I don’t want to feel this way. I’m reaching out because I don’t want to sit with this alone. I don’t need anyone to fix. I just need you all to know .
This place and the people here have always been a safe haven of sorts for me, though not always perfect, and to have someone spam posts everywhere about what a horrible person I am, did not help.
I love you all and thank you all for all your kind messages, I see them and will get back to you in time.

This is all good advice. Never nice to be called out the way you were and it’s hard to ignore. But try to focus on the positives.
