I just want to add to this. Anytime I feel down, and I decide to disappear and isolate, it always makes it worse. But I said the same thing to my amazing friend Echo and it's true for all of you to: Being here with you makes it really difficult to feel anything but good. You're all such a bright light in this weird world, without even trying to be. Love you all!
