I talked to him earlier before he went into work. He's okay and I explained to him what had happened but he's alright though. Just keeping things on ignore and just move on as he said he will be doing.

It really is and I'm just lying here crying and sometimes I feel I don't allow myself to cry much because I try to be strong but sometimes I get tired from being strong all the time.

I totally get that, but leaving it out and crying is definitely the better option. Giving yourself a break from holding it together doesn't make you weak
