3 Slices of 2 cm heirloom tomatoes
1 Roughly sliced

based feta
Put all that on a nut/seeds bread.. give it a mild sear
Get the 2nd slice of bread sear that too...
slather it w/ homemade basil/spinach/pea pesto
Drizzle homemade vinaigrette in btwn the two.
Seal it.
