Speaking of berry. Prepping for his cheesecake. I once promised him, I will make one for his birthday.. even if he doesn't get to try it. It will be set in the day-time tomorrow.
Churned the base. Thinking of vanilla bean. Or maybe berry. Mostly original. Got lemon. So I can make sour cream at home.
I love basque cheesecake, but for this one it will be New York style baked, or may do no-bake.
Burnt Basque is a type of cheesecake style. Burnt Basque Cheesecake has no crust or base of any kind. Interior is rich and sometimes fluffier (melt in your mouth texture) than a traditional cheesecake and the taste is subtly sweeter due to the caramelisation of the outer.

Also a baked one, the work comes in churning and prepping before it goes in the oven, this one doesn't have a crust.
I will tell you where you can go to try it out, closer to you. If you were up North I would just bake one for you.
It's much simpler to make in comparison to others.
