I have some on hand for when the nights run together but do my best to avoid. Luckily it is Friday night/Saturday morning wherever you are. Hoping you don’t have to work Saturday.
I mostly work contract basis so it's not so bad. I just haven't done this in while so I'll bitch a bit. Seems like a good idea to stock some melatonin right about now. Hindsight is crystal clear haha

Melatonin is pretty good stuff. Cool on the contract work. At times I wish my schedule wasn’t so structured.

It does but also gets too routine at times. Sometimes The only variable week to week is what nights one of the kids has a game.
I don't know why it was a struggle for me to relate 40 in the name with age. That cool tho. I understand what you mean. Monotone can be a bit whelming
