Dont get a poutine in the UK though. Its probably not that great. And in the US I've seen poutine on a few menus. I would never get it but you would need to use Wisconsin cheese curds

Well places put shredded mozzarella cheese on it sometimes and call it poutine. I've seen that in the US.
