I finally heard from Ciaran. He's not in a good place right now and said he did some silly things but that he's okay so that makes me concerned. also said that he still has nothing positive to contribute so that he's going to just stay away since he doesn't want to bring others down and just feels like a utter failure. So please send good vibes and good energy to Ciaran as he really needs it.
