Apparently a spice rub that is used when preparing Montreal smoked meat, introduced to Montreal by Romanian Jewish immigrants. Similar to pastrami? Which comes from the Romanian word pastrama
Garlic, coriander, black pepper, cayenne pepper flakes, dill seed, and salt
