The support from people on here both friends and strangers really can’t be underestimated.
The last couple of days I’ve posted my experience on my profile, and made a voice note that I will post again, hopefully to be listened to.
You were one of the strangers at the time, nearly 2 years ago that posted words of encouragement and positivity to me.
Along with many others.
So yes like you say seeing anyone struggling isn’t nice. People on here however have a way of pulling them through
