The Toronto Maple Leafs, before they were called the Maple Leafs, back in the 1920s they were called the Toronto St. Pats. Because Toronto had/has a big Irish population. And now still today, the Leafs will wear St. Pats jerseys when they play on or around St. Patrick's day
