If I go hypomanic, I can be awake for 3 or 4 days then when I crash, it takes me about a week to get back to normal.

Melatonin 10mg every night. Can't sleep without it. Sometimes it kicks in, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes wake up between 4 and 5 with PTSD triggers, sometimes sleep soundly. Bleh.
