Scotlands NHS is actually very good from my experience. And trust me after 27 years with Crohns it been extensive.

I know the UK government and the media like to batter it at every opportunity, but it actually outperforms every other part of the UK.

Anyway just my thoughts

It's probably more the difference of the bosses who are comfortable in their offices getting 10% Vs the people on the front lines (and the ones helping you directly with your Crohn's) only getting their 0.15 :)

It's not the quality of the care its the funding and waiting lists that's the problem. It's costing too much to be substained long term.
Its an issue everywhere.

I waited 3 years to get a mri under the nhs back home. And am currently waiting 6 months to see a sleep specialist under the ehs in Ireland
