@BaileyXcX have you ever played on an electric set? Also, do you use those sound damping pads that lay over the skins or do you just not play right now?
I haven’t played in months tbh. I would love to have an electric kit. I’ve played one. Not the same but it’s not as restrictive as I thought it would be
I was going to say, its a little different, the feel of it, but the setup can be relatively similar. Its wierd to get used to. I had a producer friend at one point who had one and hed let me play on it. You should buy those damping pads so you can get back on the set!
I tried some one time and didn’t get much bounce off them. I’m sure it’s just from not being used to them
I think skins give a better bounce...unless they're worn then probably not. The different sounds you can incorporate is a really cool feature though.
This makes me miss playing
