The men’s slalom is two runs, and only the top 40 or so fastest in the first run get to do the second run
But like 50 guys wiped out in the first run so you had guys from Haiti and Luxembourg and Chile and whatnot qualifying for the second run and they were so happy when they finished
Wasn't there a skier or snowboarder that gamed the system last time and wasn't good at all. Just went up and down the pipe??
I remember there was a weightlifter (or something) missed the qualification timelines for a summer olympics a few years ago. But was able to apply for the 100m sprint. So he did that. And he was so slow compared to the proper runners. But it was fun to see a professional Vs a non professional
