Oh the on tap coke, pepsi, lemonade, tonic stuff.

It's nice because of it being easy. Screw in the bags and it'll squirt out what you need.

But it needs to be running 24/7.

So when you go to a pub or club and ask for a pint of coke or a mixer, they'll use that.
 
Even switching them is easy, go to the where your post mix is kept, usually in the cellar, unscrew one, switch to a fresh, it's good again.

As simple as swapping a barrel but it's not as much of a bastard sometimes.

That's odd, it became the main thing around, it's still a thing and I think it made a bit of a comeback or people just said it's worth the cost and lack of hassle.

It also has a good mark up on the price you can charge.
 
Possibly, but do take care in pubs and clubs.

Personally I prefer cans of coke for my mixers so I don't use it.

Had pepsi max in a double rum once, was like drinking pure ass, and not a good one.
