I am not going to sleep. I am still up for another 4 hours. Just frustrated with the process. I contacted them on Wednesday - last week. Left a vm. They contacted me on Saturday 3 minutes before their office closes. We opened a ticket. I was expecting a call back, they emailed me instead today.. again 30 minutes before office closes. I am at wit's end.
It's just frustrating.
