Commercial tanning beds/solariums are effectively banned in Australia for cosmetic use.

Since January 2015, all Australian states and territories have prohibited commercial solarium services because of the strong link between UV tanning devices and skin cancer, especially melanoma. Australia has one of the world’s highest melanoma rates, and the ban was introduced after extensive public health evidence.

We definitely don't. Well with maybe the exception of our summer, which roughly goes from july 3rd to july 7th.
