In the Netherlands (at least a few years ago) they had electric scooters to deliver pizza. Than a law was passed to have noises added to electric vehicles to increase safety (they were too quiet, causing accidents with pedestrians who didn't notice them coming). And Domino's added a noise similar to a scooter but saying "mmmmmhhh... Tasty tasty tasty....mmmmhhh"
