Technically yes but if you’re not letting match officials into the country just because of where they’re from then you have an unbalanced tournament. The Iran team are playing all their games in the States but having to stay in Mexico and fly in and out on same day of match. Hardly ideal preparation
As I said, I’m not saying it’s right. We all know what a shitshow it is over there.
