My favorite pizza is a prosciutto e funghi.
Except that i add fresh cherry tomatoes, chopped onions, bacon crisp, a first layer of cheese. Than the last 5mins of baking I'll some grilled meat from a neerby doner or greek restaurant and than more cheese. When it's done, it gets some serious sauce hollandaise.
Ok. Maybe i shouldn't call it a pizza in case some Italians read this thread
