Shattered! 2 intense days of training, then spending the day with my dad whose kidneys aren't functioning properly due to his chemo.. but other than that, on top of the world lol

Were you home in the garden or out and about? I went to the beach once and didn't realise how high the uv was due to a small breeze all day.. that hurt lol
