Im on the struggle bus big time today, need more sleep
Me too. Getting up an hour earlier every day but going to bed around the same time or maybe slightly later on average. Will catch up over the weekend
Also my new watch, which I’m calling Stella, is a bitch and tells me off for not sleeping enough although she also gets the times a bit wrong as she thinks I fell asleep 44 mins later than I went to bed last night and o know I was asleep in seconds
I now have coffee
Maybe it only counts deep sleep?
Shouldn’t. Shows deep/light sleep. Just thinks I went to sleep 1:09 when I went to bed around 12:25. And I was asleep very quickly
Will see how it goes over the next week. I like the watch otherwise
