Anakin/Vader is such a mish-mash of actors and voices and personalities (especially after adding Clone Wars to the mix) but somehow it all works and comes together. When Luke takes Vader's mask off at the end and it's this guy we've never seen or heard before, I still cried when he says goodbye to Luke and says he was right about him

The other thing that made me cry when Anakin died is you just think about all the wasted time. That cute little kid and the awkward teenager and the cocky hero and all that promise and then he becomes miserable and angry and hurt for 20+ years and he finally gets to be good again for about 10 minutes
