Group Banter Race to a million

I love the concept of a society that hasn't advanced just hidden away in the modern world. That's a fascinating idea. And the monsters could have been cool. But it ended up so poorly done in the end

I watched this thing that suggested people didn’t get comic book movie fatigue but they got bad comic book movie fatigue

Not really bc I think they started it or at least started it well. I mean it just seems like no one else can do it right so why not just make good movies that don’t connect?

I liked Superman bc it was a stand alone movie. And I liked the dark knight bc it was a stand alone series of movies. Superman may be leading to something but it was just a good movie. But then supergirl flopped

So. I don't know what they've been trying to accomplish with DC movies, but I know it ain't working. Marvel characters seem to be designed Ina way where they are simply just meant to interact with each other. You can put any pair or group of characters in a situation and it just works. Look at infinity war. Spidey, iron man, Doctor strange, and a few guardians. Yup that works. Thor, rocket, and groot...hell ya! Then you move into the next movie and it's Tony and Nebula, and yup, it works. DC has never been designed that way. Yes they have done some things that work throughout the comics. The Justice League can be great, but I think they suffer from one thing. Batman. Batman is the greatest character in DC. Yes, better than Superman idgaf. Superman maybe be extremely well known, but the average person knows more about Batman than they do superman. But Batman does not work in multi movie mixed universe. Batman works in Gotham City. So when your most important and greatest character doesn't function well in your multi-movie setting. Nothing will work.
