When I'm in physical therapy (currently, for working on post-op knee stuff), I have to count when I'm doing certain things. The odd thing is, I never do this daily, or even at home. If I'm on their treadmill, I'll count my steps until the five minutes is up. Same with their therapy stairs and bike. I'm thinking its because I'm wanting to get everything in time so it doesn't go over one hour!
