I dumpster dive and have found literaly 50,000 worth of new goods including microwaves, coffee makers, TV,s guitars, tools, unopened food boxes, artwork, furniture, new shoes clothes...etc.
Usually the items can be easily fixed.
I once traded 6 dog kennels I found where the boxes were broke for a 1996 dodge truck. The kennels weighed about 200 lbs and were difficult to remove but I had a friend help. We sorted through and found 4 complete kits out of the 6 boxes. I dont do it so much anymore due to no spare time but could make a living doing it.
I would sell items at yard sales and would make about 1,500 cash a week on average.
