I also prefer some thought into the story too, using well crafted sentences, at least in message board style chat that is. It can be more difficult in real-time chat, but some effort there is appreciated. Know what I mean?

So does that include cheating? Something like bride finds out on the day of wedding the fiancee cheated on her, so she finds a someone - maybe the best man, or someone even a little more taboo? Am I in the ballpark?

Yes, to explore situations one might not have the courage to in real life. Taking the time to enjoy the back and forth. So many situations that can be explored there is no reason to not enjoy this. Your example Chaz of the bride getting even is a perfect example of fun and enjoyable role playing.

Absolutely agree with that assessment. As a writer, there's nothing better than building up a story to make the reality FEEL closer, more real, and bring the excitement up gradually, building a crescendo that can only offer one reasonable release.
