As per my title, my account is stuck on the chat sites login screen where I may press to accept and connect me to chat but it stalls or doesn't load the page, no prompt or anything. I log out of my forum account and then use guest and it let's me in. Seems strange.

I posted it in the help and support, i didn't notice this topic before, so i am posting here again.

Hi there. I am having the same issue, i logged in normally this morning, and now when i am trying to log in, i can't get past agree and chat, the button simply doesn't work. i tried clearing the cache and cookies, even used a browser i never used before, cleanly, and nothing. I tried using an incognito browser on my smartphone as well, and nothing.
Oh, if this helps in any way. It might be a bug with the site, because i opened the console on my browser and it gives this:
An invalid form control with name='birthdate' is not focusable. So it might be something wrong with that field, if anyone wants to check that.

Sustained peak user count in chat rooms was nearly 4,000 for a good part of the day, with countless registered users logging without problems.

This issue is limited to a comparatively very, very tiny fraction of users. This is why devs need the tiniest details of what people are experiencing or how the browser is behaving, including exact, full URL's.

It'll eventually get resolved, it'll just take longer if not enough people provide all the details.

There was an adjustment to a login process few moments ago. Try clearing cookies / website data for FCN and attempt to log in.
